1. The threading machine thread cannot be hooked to the line
A. However, when the line hook is at the high position, it cannot hook the line or one side of the hook, which is loose. The method of adjustment needs to look at which aspect causes the uneven behavior of the triangle height, which is caused by the upper side of the triangle, the connecting rod on the inner side of the large cam, or the improper position of the large cam. The reason needs to be adjusted. Generally, the position of the large cam needs to be adjusted. The method is to loosen the screw on the large cam, slightly rotate it, and achieve the appropriate height action of the triangle height when hooking the line. Position and then tighten the screws with force.
B. The position of the pressure block on the top of the triangle is higher. Loosen the screw on the top and turn the screw with the knurled nut clockwise to lower its position. When the thread hook passes through the inclined plane of the bending needle, there should be no conflict with the inclined plane of the bending needle. The lower the position, the better.
2. The bending needle of the capping machine cannot be inserted into the triangle formed during the hooking of the thread
When sewing, the thread hook needs to move both high and low, as well as swing back and forth. The high and low movement and swing back and forth of the thread hook should be consistent with the triangle formed by the bending needle when threading into the thread hook. If the high and low movement of the thread hook is not flexible or harmonious, the bending needle cannot accurately thread into the triangle formed by the thread hook when threading. Similarly, if the front and back movement of the thread hook is not flexible or harmonious, the bending needle cannot precisely thread into the triangle formed by the thread hook when threading, which will cause the thread hook to fall off.
