If using a DP * 17 machine needle, the needle bar shaft sleeve should be aligned with the second to last reference line on the needle bar. Secondly, the gap between the needle and the tip is 0.01-0.08mm. The tip of the rotary hook should be aligned with the middle of the needle, and the end is the adjustment of the needle guard. The gap between the needle and the rotary hook driver should be 0. If the needle and the rotary hook driver come into contact too much, it can also cause needle skipping or thread breakage.
