The new sewing machine will introduce national industry standards

Recently, the working group meeting on drafting standards for the new type of sewing disc machine textile industry, arranged by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Textile Machinery and Accessories, was held in Guangdong. Representatives from relevant domestic universities, research and testing institutions, and production enterprises attended the meeting. Professor level senior engineer Xu Haiping from Zhejiang Fangyuan Testing Group attended the meeting and, as the main drafter of the standard, gave a keynote speech on the testing rules and testing methods of the standard.

The National Industry Standards (Draft) for the New Sewing Disc Machine stipulate the basic functions and parameters, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of the new sewing disc machine. The standards are applicable to natural and synthetic pure or mixed yarns such as wool, cotton, and silk, and to the new sewing disc machine that sews various knitted fabrics in a loop to loop manner using a single thread chain forming method. The draft and release of this standard will play a positive role in standardizing the new type of sewing machine market, improving product quality, and promoting industry development.
