With the joint action of the yarn feeding mechanism, the yarn is padded under the needle hook and above the needle tongue under the guidance of the yarn guide, so that when the knitting needle continues to descend, the needle hook can firmly hook the yarn
Carrying yarn is the process of guiding the yarn placed under the needle hook into the needle hook. This process is accomplished by lowering the fabric
Silence refers to sealing the needle mouth, so that the newly placed yarn and old coil are separated by the needle tongue. After the process without yarn is completed, the yarn is accurately hooked by the needle hook, and the weaving needle continues to descend. The old coil that falls on the needle rod slides along the needle rod towards the needle head and moves below the needle tongue. The needle tongue, due to the effect of the old coil, undergoes initial changes around the needle tongue axis. When the weaving needle descends again, the needle tongue changes to cover the needle hook and block the needle mouth
Afterwards, the knitting needle descends along the triangular mission plane, hooking the newly placed yarn and passing it through the old coil. The old coil also comes out of the needle due to the pulling force effect
The mission of the loop forming stage is to take the newly placed yarn through the old coil with the needle hook after the old coil is removed from the needle, and then lower the knitting needle to bend the yarn into a new coil
The purpose of the horizontal knitting machine is to tension the newly formed loop without removing the needle hook, in order to carry out the loop forming mission of the next horizontal weaving. Pulling is to use a pulling mechanism to pull the old coil towards the back of the needle, achieving a serious goal, and also to lead the formed fabric out of the loop forming area.
