The sweater embedding machine needle is a machine needle with a triangular needle tip. This type of needle is suitable for sewing thick or hard leather materials that require a larger stitch pitch due to its strong penetration force. There is also a machine needle with a small triangular cross-section at the tip, which is easier to pierce leather fabrics than ordinary machine needles. It is commonly used in sewing synthetic leather uppers and PU leather materials. In addition, there is a square needle tip with a square shaped cone ground into the needle tip, which is used in similar situations as a triangular needle tip; Both diamond shaped and elliptical needle tips have a type of machine needle with a cutting edge perpendicular to the direction of threading and consistent with the direction of the thread; When using these two types of machine needles, if the stitching is too dense, it will cause the incision to further expand. Therefore, these two types of machine needles are suitable for sewing with larger needle spacing or thick materials (such as thick and long decorative stitching). There are also some special types of machine needles with elliptical needle tips, which can be combined with specific equipment to understand their applicable situations.
Pinholes are used for threading, so the edges of the hole (especially the top and bottom) should be smooth and free of sharp edges. There are pinhole slots at both ends of the pinhole to reduce the resistance of the suture to pass through, and together, the direction of the suture is relatively fixed, so that the suture ring is more stable. There is a gap on one side of the needle hole that forms a thread loop (some machine needles do not have a gap), which allows the bending needle or hook tip to be closer to the machine needle to thread into the thread loop, while the needle or hook tip is not damaged.
Different sweater burying machines have different stitching methods and use different machine needles. For example, industrial sewing machine needles include flat sewing machine needles, tension sewing machine needles, overlock sewing machine needles, chain sewing machine needles, etc. From the perspective of shape and name, there are single straight machine needles, double straight machine needles, triple straight machine needles, hook machine needles, fur machine needles, glove machine needles, staple machine needles (machine needles have shorter needles than commonly used machine needles), curved needles, etc. Most sewing machines use straight needles, while curved needles are mostly used for processing dark threads.
