Several major faults of the embedding machine and their handling methods

The burying machine is a job name. It is a common name on the production line of the workshop, also known as the curved wrist machine, three needle chain sewing machine, three needle roll sewing machine, arm type double line loop sewing machine, etc. It usually refers to a process, where the upper part refers to sewing the side bone, and the lower part refers to sewing the outer bone.
Generally, burying and clamping machines are thick material types. If a thick material model is used to make thin materials, it may appear as a skip stitch. Due to the softness of the thin material, when the machine needle penetrates and exits the fabric, the fabric randomly sinks and rises together, affecting the composition of the machine needle and thread loop, resulting in a simple skip stitch defect. Advocate for replacing the small eye needle plate; Try using a thinner machine needle and adjusting the gap between the curved needle and the machine needle closer.
Jumping stitches are a common defect in sewing equipment, and the burying machine, as a professional equipment, is no exception to be confused by it. After analysis, it is believed that: the gap between the curved needle and the machine needle is too large or the curved needle and the machine needle are not the same step; When bending the needle and hooking the thread, the thread loop is too small; The collaboration between the needle block and the machine needle is incorrect; The unequal viewpoint of the wire wheel is the primary reason for the occurrence of needle skipping defects in the buried clamp machine.
Regarding the reasons for the above-mentioned defects, it is advocated to use the following methods to deal with the jumping needle defect of the embedding machine:
1. First, check if the bending needle is synchronized with the machine needle (by changing the machine, when the bending needle moves and withdraws, the bending needle hole should intersect with the machine needle hole at a certain point). If it is not the same step, you can loosen the screw of the lower belt gear and adjust it to synchronize the upper and lower gears of the machine. When we place the bending needle to the far right, the distance between the tip of the bending needle and the center of the machine needle should be 2.6 millimeters to 2.8 millimeters. When the bending needle meets the machine needle, the gap between the bending needle and the machine needle should be 0.1 millimeters to 0.2 millimeters.
If the loop of the hook line is too small, we can schedule the take-up hook on the machine to increase the loop of the hook line.
3. Change the machine so that when the needle meets the curved needle, the needle tip should be 1.5 millimeters higher than the bottom of the guide block, and the guide block should be in contact with the needle. In addition, we need to check if the needle is blocking the center of the guide block and if the needle is in synchronous contact with the guide block.
4. Turn the machine clockwise, and when the needle reaches the top dead center, the wire wheel and the wire passing plate form a viewing point of 45 to 50 degrees.
