Methods for repairing and adjusting the sewing machine

The five most common maintenance and adjustment methods for intelligent sewing machines will be used throughout the normal application process. Due to factors such as loose screws, movement of parts, wear and tear, collisions, etc., some problems may arise, resulting in the shortcomings of surgical sutures. Common drawbacks include floating lines, missing lines, spaces that cannot be circled, broken lines, and gaps. Adjust according to the following detailed methods:
1、 Floating line - The seam on the garment is too loose to float on the surface. 1. Tighten the clamping nut. 2. Tighten the thread tension spring.
Secondly, the intelligent sewing machine has loose stitches - the stitches on the garment are discontinuous. 1. Adjust the care screw at the top of the elevator connector to gently press the bottom edge of the triangular tip of the coil onto the flat surface of the large needle. 2. Adjust the local pain screw at the top of the large needle to make it close to the bottom of the V-shaped groove when entering the hanging needle. 3. Adjust the large needle fixing bracket so that the large needle contacts the rolling bearing, but it should not be too tight. 4. Slightly adjust the relative orientation of the two groove camshaft shafts so that the large needle can pass through the center of the electromagnetic coil on the circular triangle or slightly deviate from the upper middle end. When hooking, the circular triangle should be located at the center of the plane of the large needle retraction.

3. Disconnect the intelligent sewing machine 1. Correctly loosen the clamp nut or use only a separate clamp. 2. Release the tension spring. 3. Adjust the bias screw on the needle arm to prevent the large needle from rubbing against the hanging needle. 4. Adjust the nut on the crank connecting rod of the crank arm to align the large needle with the center of the V-shaped groove of the clothes hanging needle. 5. Adjust (rotate) the orientation of the small camshaft slightly, so that the surgical suture needle stays in the V-shaped groove of the hanging needle and moves continuously.
Fourthly, leaving blank spaces cannot be circled - clothes are in gaps and sewing threads cannot be sewn. 1. Adjust the upper care screw of the elevator connector or the local pain screw at the top of the large needle to make the circular triangle and the direction of the large needle appropriate. 2. Adjust the orientation of the bending plate, ensuring that the bottom of the circular hole is flush with the center of the hanging needle tube, and that the large needle passes through the center of the circular hole. 3. Adjust the relative directions of the upper, lower, and half of the slotted camshaft so that the large pointer passes through the center or slightly upper side of the circular triangular straight line direction. When forming a circular triangular hook line, it should be located at the center of the plane of the large needle retraction. 5. Wave shaped stitching - The stitching on the clothing is unclear or drifts from one side to the other. 1. Clothes in the same row (column) should be placed with sewing needles. 2. Carefully proofread the clothes with hanging needles, ensuring even height and spacing. 3. Replace the deformed large needle.
