Needle pattern on the sewing machine:
1. The straight needle is too low, causing the straight needle coil to form too large, interweaving the coils together, and repositioning according to the straight needle height positioning standard;
2. The needle plate tongue is too narrow. The intelligent sewing machine makes it easy for the straight needle coil to overlap, so replace the needle plate with a new one;
3. The bottom of the curved needle is too narrow and circular, which can easily make the straight needle coils unable to separate on the curved needle, causing the coils to interweave and produce flower needles. Replace with a new curved needle;
4. Poor fit between straight needle and curved needle, adjust the position of the needle and curved needle according to the standard

1、压脚压力太小，送布不良而断针，适当增加压脚压力 缝盘机配件，使送布正常; 　　

2、弯针与直机针相碰，按标准调整弯针与直机针的配合位置; 　　

3、绷针与直机针相碰，按标准调整绷针与直机针的配合位置; 　　

4、直机针与护针杆配合不当 缝盘机，按标准调整机针与护针杆的配合; 　　

5、弯针尖圆秃，更换新弯针; 　　

6、针杆和针杆套筒磨损太大，使针杆与针杆套筒配合松动 缝盘机安装，更换针杆和针杆套筒; 　　

7、针板上的针眼太小，更新大针眼针板或换小号机针; 　　

8、机件松动较大，检查钩线机构各机件之间的配合和磨损情况，按标准调整配尺寸，磨损严重机件更换
