How to handle the interrupted thread of the sewing machine?

Handling method for interrupted stitching on the sleeve machine:
1. Line hook cannot reach the line
A. The up and down movement of the triangle is not smooth, which is manifested as: sometimes the orientation is low, sometimes the orientation is high. When the line hooks at the bottom, it can hook to the line and sew normally, but when the line hooks at the high orientation, it cannot hook to the line or part of the hook, which is loose. The adjustment method needs to see which aspect makes the up and down movement of the triangle not flexible, which is the part above the triangle or the connecting rod on the inner side of the large cam, or the improper orientation of the large cam. The reason for that needs to be adjusted. Generally, the orientation of the large cam needs to be adjusted by loosening the screw on the large cam and rolling it slightly to achieve the appropriate direction for the up and down movement of the triangle. Then tighten the screws with force.
B. The orientation of the pressure block on the triangle is too high. Loosen the screws on top and roll the screw with the knurled nut clockwise to lower its orientation. When the line hook passes through the inclined plane of the bending needle, there should be no conflict with the inclined plane of the bending needle, and the lower the orientation, the better.
2. The curved needle cannot penetrate the triangle formed by hooking up the thread
When sewing, the thread hook needs to move up and down, as well as swing back and forth. The up and down movement and swing back and forth of the thread hook should be coordinated and consistent with the triangle formed by the bending needle when threading into the thread hook. If the up and down movement of the thread hook is not flexible or coordinated, the bending needle cannot accurately penetrate into the triangle formed by the thread hook when threading. Similarly, if the front and back swing of the thread hook is not flexible or coordinated, the bending needle cannot accurately penetrate into the triangle formed by the thread hook when threading, which will cause the thread hook to fall off.
Mouth machine maintenance
Firstly, it is necessary to carefully inspect and analyze the main causes of wire breakage in the threading machine. Shunqi summarized the following points for discussion with everyone:
1. At the beginning of the homework, the thread was broken, which means that the mechanic stepped on the pedal and the seam just started to break. The reason is that the first wire clamp is too tight, leaving too short thread ends, causing the thread to detach from the needle nose, resulting in skipped stitches and thread breakage. Another issue is that the stitching is too tight, causing the thread to pass smoothly, insufficient thread volume, and thread breakage due to tearing.
2. Breaking the thread during sewing is much more complicated. First, it depends on whether the needle bar is adjusted too low. Generally, when using a DP * 5 machine needle, the needle bar shaft sleeve should be aligned with the highest reference line on the needle bar. If using a DP * 17 machine needle, the needle bar shaft sleeve should be aligned with the second to last reference line on the needle bar. Secondly, the gap between the needle and the tip of the rotary shuttle is 0.01-0.08mm. The tip of the rotary hook should be aligned with the center of the needle, and finally the adjustment of the needle guard should be made. The gap between the needle and the rotary hook driver should be 0. If the needle and the rotary hook driver touch too much, it may also cause needle skipping or thread breakage. If the needle is too far away from the rotary shuttle drive, the shuttle tip may also wear out due to interference from the needle, resulting in a broken thread.
3. A broken thread after sewing is when the machine is about to end its operation. Generally, the reason is that the bottom knife is too dull, causing it to cut continuously and be swept off by a wire scanner, resulting in a broken thread.
