How to deal with the jumping needle problem of the old style embedding machine

Older style burying machines may experience occasional skipped stitches every eight to nine days due to their close service life. The problem is not frequent and not fixed. The burying machine is a job title, a common term on the workshop production line, generally referring to a process. On the top, it refers to sewing the side bones, and on the bottom, it refers to sewing the outer bones
The burying machine, also known as the curved wrist machine, three needle chain sewing machine, three needle roll sewing machine, arm type double line loop sewing machine, etc., is mainly suitable for processing thin and medium thick clothing such as shirts, windbreakers, jeans, casual wear, as well as raincoats, filter bags, and shirts of different fabrics, nylon raincoats, car covers, tents, etc. Jumping stitches are a common problem in sewing equipment, and as a professional equipment, the curved wrist machine is also affected by it. After analysis, it is believed that the gap between the bending needle and the machine needle is too large or the bending needle is not synchronized with the machine needle; When bending the needle and hooking the thread, the thread loop is too small; The matching between the needle block and the machine needle is incorrect; The unequal viewpoint of the wire wheel is the primary cause of needle skipping in the curved wrist machine. In response to the above reasons, it is recommended to adopt the following methods to deal with the problem of needle skipping in the curved wrist machine:
1. First, check whether the bending needle is synchronized with the machine needle (rolling machine, when the bending needle moves and retreats, the bending needle hole should intersect with the machine needle hole at a certain point). If it is not synchronized, you can loosen the screw of the lower belt gear and adjust it to synchronize the upper and lower gears of the machine. At the same time, when we place the bending needle to the far right, the distance from the bending needle tip to the center of the machine needle should be 2.6 millimeters to 2.8 millimeters. When the bending needle moves and coincides with the machine needle, the gap between the bending needle and the machine needle should be 0.1 millimeters to 0.2 millimeters
If the loop of the hook line is too small, we can adjust the take-up hook on the machine and increase the loop of the hook line
3. Rolling the machine, when the needle and the curved needle happen to meet, the needle tip should be 1.5 millimeters higher than the bottom of the guide block, and the guide block should just touch the needle. In addition, we need to check whether the needle is in the middle of the guide block, and the needle should touch the guide block synchronously
4. Let's roll the machine clockwise, and when the needle reaches the top dead center, the wire wheel and the wire passing plate form a viewing point of 45 to 50 degrees
